Abundance through love has been my lived experience for many years—and this year is no different.

Loving myself into the new year has become a tradition I cherish. A sacred pause to reflect, to release, and to gently set intentions for what wants to come next. Each year, this practice deepens. Each year, it becomes more meaningful.

And this year, I would love to share it with you.

An Invitation to Begin Differently

Beginning January 19th, I will be guiding a 4-day experience—one hour each day—designed to help you reflect on where you’ve been and prepare for what’s ahead, all while standing firmly in the present moment.

Together, we will pause.
We will listen.
We will align.

Not from urgency or pressure—but from a place of grace.

A place filled with love.

This is not about resolutions or fixing yourself.
It’s about remembering who you are and choosing how you want to move forward.
