Before We Meet
To help you get the most from our time together:

Please choose a quiet, private space where you can focus without interruptions.

Have a journal and pen nearby. I have a feeling you'll want them.

Come with an open mind and an open heart.

Be willing to be completely honest about where you are, what isn't working, and what you truly want.

And perhaps most importantly, give yourself permission to dream bigger than you have before.
Over these next six months, there will be things we uncover, things we release, decisions we make, dreams we expand, and probably a few moments when I see something in you before you can quite see it yourself.
My role is to guide you, support you, challenge you, encourage you, and sometimes help you see what you can't yet see for yourself.
Your role is simply to show upā€”for our sessions, for the work, and most importantly, for yourself.
You have made a significant investment in yourself and your future, and I don't take that lightly. I'm honored that you've chosen me to walk beside you through this next chapter.
