It Started with a Podcast

Sometimes life surprises us.

The Uncaged Woman Podcast was one of those surprises.

One day I was sitting alone, writing, when I heard the gentle nudge of God/Universe/Spirit say... "Start the podcast." This wasn't the first time I'd received instructions from a Higher Source, so I listened. Within hours, I created a request for guests, made the post, and watched in awe as the floodgates opened. Women from across the world reached out, and the podcast was born.

I love stories. I love people. I love sitting down with women and hearing about their lives—what they've overcome, what they've learned, what they're dreaming about, and what they're creating in the world.

Conversation after conversation, I found myself meeting extraordinary women. Authors. Coaches. Artists. Speakers. Business owners. Women who had reinvented themselves, taken chances, survived things they never thought they could survive, and found the courage to ask, What else might be possible for my life?

And after almost every interview, I caught myself thinking...

"She has to meet her."

I wanted to introduce them. Connect them. Put these remarkable women in a room together and see what might happen.

But as the idea grew, I realized I wanted to create something even more meaningful.

For more than 16 years, I've been studying what helps us create extraordinary lives. I've spent years coaching women, studying human transformation and Spiritual Psychology, and exploring the things that shape the lives we ultimately experience. And again and again, I come back to three areas that touch virtually everything: Love. Health. Wealth.

What if I brought that into the room, too?

What if we had a place where we could learn and grow together, while also helping one another bring our dreams and ideas to life? Where we could have meaningful conversations about our relationships, our health, our money, our purpose and the lives we want to create—and then turn around and brainstorm someone's book, make an introduction, celebrate a new business, or help another woman take the next brave step toward something she wants?

Suddenly, I wasn't imagining another networking group or another personal development program.

I was imagining a Collective.

A place where we could learn from one another and inspire one another. Where I could share what I've spent years learning and teaching, while also creating space for the wisdom, experience, ideas, and gifts every woman brings with her.

A place for connection and collaboration, yes—but also for growth, possibility, and Life Design.

A place where we could walk shoulder to shoulder as we create the things we're here to bring into the world and lives we're excited to wake up to.

That's what The Collective has become.

Why The Collective?

For years, I've watched incredible women carry beautiful ideas around in their hearts.

Ideas about things they want to create, yes. But also ideas about who they want to become and how they want to live.

A different kind of relationship. A healthier body. More financial freedom. A business of their own. A book they can't stop thinking about. A trip they've always wanted to take. A completely new chapter.

But somewhere between imagining the life we want and actually creating it, life gets busy.

Fear creeps in. Doubt gets loud. Responsibilities take over. And the things we want for ourselves quietly get pushed to tomorrow.

Too often, tomorrow turns into years, and we find ourselves wondering... what if?

What if I had followed that dream, that nudge, that whisper? What if I had trusted myself enough to begin? What if I hadn't waited until I felt completely ready?

I wanted to create a place where tomorrow becomes today.

A place where women come together not only to dream about what's possible, but to decide what they want and begin creating it. Where we can bring our ideas, dreams, questions, fears, and what ifs into a room where they are taken seriously. Where we are coached, challenged, encouraged, connected, and supported as we take the next step—and then the one after that.

A place where you can say, “Here's what I want,” and be surrounded by women who don't tell you why you can't, but instead ask, “What would it look like if you could?”

Because none of us were ever meant to figure out this whole beautiful, messy business of creating a life alone.

And now, we don't have to.

The Magic Happens Here

There is something beautiful that happens when someone believes in what's possible for you before you've fully learned to believe in it yourself.

When someone asks, “How's the book coming?” or “Did you have that conversation?”

When someone says, “I know someone you should meet.”

When someone remembers the thing you said you wanted for your life and asks you about it weeks later.

When she celebrates your first client, your first chapter, your first episode, your first yes... but also celebrates the relationship breakthrough, the stronger body, the financial win, the boundary you finally set, or the brave decision that no one outside the room may ever fully understand.

Because not everything we're creating can be measured by what we produce.

Sometimes the biggest thing we're creating is ourselves.

That's where the magic of The Collective happens.

In being known well enough that someone notices when you're holding back.

In putting an idea on the table and watching it become bigger because of the women around it.

In the introductions, collaborations, encouragement, accountability, laughter, celebrations, and the occasional “Have you ever thought about it this way?” that changes everything.

In having women around you who don't just know what you're creating—but who you're becoming.

Because sometimes we need someone walking beside us.

Someone who sees where we're going.

Someone who remembers what we said we wanted.

Someone who reminds us who we said we were becoming when we forget.

And sometimes...

one conversation really can change everything.

What I Believe

I don't believe in competition.

I believe there is room for all of us.

I believe women rise higher when we encourage one another, learn from one another, and remind each other of what's possible.

I believe the quality of our lives is shaped by the choices we make every day—in our relationships, our health, our finances, our work, and in the way we choose to show up for ourselves.

I believe we are never finished becoming. There is always more to learn, more to experience, more to create, and more of ourselves waiting to be discovered.

I believe collaboration creates opportunities we could never create alone, generosity has a ripple effect, and the wisdom one woman has gained through her life may be exactly what another woman needs to hear.

And I believe one introduction, one shared idea, one new perspective, one moment of encouragement, or one unexpected conversation can completely change the course of a dream—or a life.

That's the room I'm creating.
